Puppy Contract

The seller agrees to furnish the buyer with the necessary health information, including all shot and worming records.  The IOEBA registration application will be executed at time of purchase.  The Buyer understands that this puppy will be eligible for permanent registration with the IOEBA and has been fully informed on how to go about the process of IOEBA registration.

Said puppy has been raised and socialized so as to maximize the potential of the temperament, to the best of the breeder’s ability.  The Buyer(s) understand and agree that further instruction and efforts must be made to ensure the continued development of proper behavior.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENT

Original deposit to hold a pick for a puppy is $250.00 Deposit’s must be paid by cash or Postal Money Order.  Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first choose basis.

Final payment will be made prior to being shipped or at time of pick up. 

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.  If something happens to your puppy and one is not available from this litter, your deposit will be transferred to the next litter.  If you change your mind and do not/cannot get the puppy, you forfeit your deposit.

ALL SHIPPING COSTS are the buyer’s responsibility.  This includes Vet Certificate, flight crate and actual shipping costs.  All shipping costs must be PAID IN FULL at least 7 days prior to shipping date.

Buyer will pick up puppy by the time it is 8 weeks old, unless agreed upon and noted by seller in writing.  Two (2) weeks or more with no attempt to make pick up arrangements the Buyer forfeits puppy and any deposits.                                            Initials of Buyer. ________

This Animal is Guaranteed as Follows:  (Guarantee valid only for original buyer)

Is guaranteed to be in good physical condition for the first 48 hours after the time of delivery or pick up.  The Buyer agrees to have puppy examined by a Veterinarian within 48 hours after delivery for a complete physical examination.  If the Veterinarian finds the puppy to have a serious physical condition other than a bacterial infection, such as Coccidia, Giardia, the Seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable or better quality when available form same or upcoming litter after the puppy is returned to the seller.  No monies will be refunded.  The Seller reserves the right to a second Veterinarian opinion at the expense of the Seller.  If a Veterinarian does not examine the puppy within 48 hours after time of delivery, all guarantees are no longer in effect.

We guarantee the puppy to be free of any genetic hereditary defect that causes death or serious impairment of vital functions in the puppy until said puppy is one (1) year of age.  If such an inheritable defect is documented by a Veterinarian and presented to the Seller with sufficient supporting evidence, the Buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy of comparable or better quality, when available from same or upcoming litter after the puppy is returned to Seller.  Seller reserves the right to a second opinion by Sellers Vet.  All shipping will be at Buyer’s expense.  Your Guarantee will only be valid as long as the puppy gets all of its vaccinations on time and has all Vet visit documentation. Initials of Buyer___

Puppy has received ______vaccines, and has been wormed ______times.         No replacement will be given in case of Parvo. ________Initials of Buyer.

Seller assumes no liability in the event of any accident involved with your dog including but not limited to dog bites or personal property damage.  Seller suggest proper socialization and training be given to benefit the dog and owner.

The Buyer Agrees:

To use the Kennel name “Castle’s Bulldogges” as the prefix in the registered name of the dog.

Maintain up to date vaccines and worming.  To keep the dog/puppy in humane conditions.  To provide proper food, water and shelter.

No cropping of ears. No Guard or Attack Training.

If buyer can no longer care for puppy/dog they must return said animal to Castle’s Bulldogges.  DO NOT Take to a shelter or rescue.

Failure to comply with contract requirements and responsibilities or in any way to neglect the emotional or physical well being of said puppy/dog will result in the repossession of said animal either by agreement or by writ of possession by seller without civil recourse by the buyer(s). __________Initials of Buyer.

The Buyer and Seller agree that this is the full and complete agreement that exists between the parties for the sale of this puppy.  Any agreements made prior to this are considered incorporated herein and any modifications made to this agreement shall be made in writing or such shall not be effective.
